Between May and September we offer guided tours of the National Herb Centre for groups. We are set in a delightful part of the countryside and enjoy views over 3 counties - Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

The tour starts with a short introductory talk followed by a conducted walk around the centre with an opportunity to learn something about herb farming. The farm covers 180 acres, so you will not see it all, although you should see a large proportion of the many different herbs growing here.

Your walking tour will include a visit to the glasshouse; learning about herb propagation; learn about the culinary and medicinal
uses of herbs; an insight into how a commercial herb farm works; a visit to the display gardens (weather permitting) and to the plant centre and gift shop.

You should allow at least one hour for the tour - although the Herb Centre does have good wheelchair access, parts of the tour route could be difficult for wheelchairs.

Daytime tours start at 11.00am and 2.00pm. Evening tours start at 7.00pm or 6.30pm if you are having a meal.

If you are interested in arranging a group tour please phone us on 01295 690999 - or download our booking form here **
