VISIT the display gardens designed exclusively for The National Herb Centre by Simon Hopkins,  a Chelsea Gold medal winner, to demonstrate  the versatility of herb  - ideas you can try at home. These gardens lead to a nature trail;   this winds down the valley to the woodland,  where you can look out for natural ponds, bat boxes, nest boxes amongst the natural habitat left for the wildlife such as deer, foxes, wild duck, rabbits and birds.

Dogs are welcome but  please keep them on a lead and clear up after them.  The shop will lend you a written guide which explains the items to look for on the walk.
