The Herb Plant Centre

The philosophy behind the whole growing policy is to ensure that herb production works in harmony with nature.

The plant centre has over 500 varieties of herb plants, which will delight the chef, intrigue the gardener and fascinate anyone with an interest in alternative medicine.
Access to the plant centre has been made as easy as possible for disabled and wheelchair-bound visitors. You will find many of the plants in raised beds.

The adjoining herb farm is under the same management as the National Herb Centre and every effort is made to encourage wild flora and fauna. The gardens lead to the nature trail, which winds its way down the valley to the woodland. Special walks around some of the fields have been developed for your enjoyment.
