Thin plants 7 to 10 inches apart. Coriander seeds, round and about one-eighth of an inch in diameter, have a perfumed taste ideal for curries and are used as a condiment whilst the leaves are used to flavour salads.The leaves are always used fresh. They feature in Spanish, Middle Eastern, Indian, Oriental and South American cookery. They are sprinkled like parsley on cooked dishes, minced or puréed in sauces, soups and curries. Both seeds and leaves can be used in salads

When travelling from the north leave the M40 at junction 12 (Gaydon) 
and head for Banbury.
When travelling from the south exit at junction 11 (Banbury) and head 
towards town centre.  Drive straight across all roundabouts to pick up signs for Warmington
