Our Bistro chef provides a range of home-produced
light snacks and meals all cooked and prepared in the kitchens attached
to our 19th century Herb Bistro. Using fresh produce, mainly from
our own farms or gardens, gives you an opportunity to enjoy culinary
herbs at their best!

The licensed Bistro is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm
Monday to Saturday, 10.30am to 5.00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays,
Our lunchtime menu changes daily with a selection of hot meals
and puddings -
Home made soup of the day with herb bread or scone. Selection of savouries
and salads
Panini fillings include: Roasted Peppers & Goats Cheese with Rosemary; Croque Monsieur (Roast Ham, Emmental, Mustard Bechamel); Meatball, Spicy Coriander & Tomato Sauce & Swiss Cheese Melt; Crispy Bacon & English Brie; Sun-Dried Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Pesto; Tuna, Red Onion, Chive & Mature Cheddar Melt

We have various dishes available throughout
the day to suit all tastes, including a specials board located By the
drinks fridge, meals from the specials board are served daily from
12 noon until 3.00pm. All our meals are freshly prepared to order to
ensure a high standard of food service.
The licensed Bistro is available for group
bookings during the day or evening. We have a choice of rooms available
for small or large parties, exhibitions and seminars.
The Deli Shop has a range of speciality foods made
here in our own kitchens or specially selected for their quality
to compliment our own products and tantalise the taste buds - Including
cakes and puddings, confectionery melt in the mouth shortbread
and other goodies. Flavoured cooking oils, choice chutneys,
juicy jams and colourful pasta. Jars of herbs and spices to add a zest
to your cooking, and why not try one of our special teas (tisanes)
to brew at home. You will find food and drink products sourced from
suppliers who specialise in food with a difference.
Our shelves are stocked with local honey and cheese and many products
made in Britain.
